Step 2: Send Us Your Documentation

Thank you for your enquiry in relation to your Settlement Agreement.  Our team of employment law specialists will be able to advise you on the terms and effects of your Settlement Agreement and we can usually make an appointment within a very short period of time (sometimes the same day).

Before you book an appointment. We do need to have a copies of the following documents in order for us to proceed.  Please do send these to:  [email protected]

  • A copy of your Settlement Agreement
  • Two forms of ID (see below)

Please note: For compliance reasons, we need all these documents before we can discuss your Settlement Agreement. If an appointment is booked and we have not received the correct documents we may need to reschedule.

If you don’t have these documents available now please sent them at a later date. We have sent you an email which outlines the information required (if you don’t see the email please check your SPAM folder).

ID Documents:

JPP Law is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and “Know Your Clients”.  We therefore require:

  • Photo ID – this can be your passport, driving licence or EU ID card
  • Address ID – council tax bill, utility bill, bank or credit card statement

We also request that you confirm the following:

  • Full name (including any middle names)
  • Current address (plus previous address(es) if under 3 years)
  • Date of birth

STEP 3. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 

Once you email these documents to [email protected] you will receive an automatically generated email which will include a link to book your appointment.  If you do not receive a booking link within five minutes please check your email SPAM folder.
